Hi, I’m Courtney! With over 13 years in the beauty industry, I’m the proud owner of Courtney P. Artistry LLC and a professional makeup artist specializing in bridal, print, and everyday glam. My style is all about timeless, camera-ready looks—refined, detailed, and always tailored to celebrate each client’s unique beauty.

My love for makeup began back in high school at a performing arts & humanities school in the heart of the DMV. I wasn’t drawn to the spotlight but to the energy behind it—backstage at fashion shows where dancers, painters, and even the occasional celebrity or designer brought the world of creativity alive. That’s where I first discovered the transformative power of makeup, and I knew I’d found my passion.

But the truth is, beauty caught my eye even earlier. Some of my sweetest childhood memories are of my mom, Micki—effortlessly stylish, bold, and graceful. I can still picture her Saturday morning routine: the scent of hairspray, the pop of red nail polish, and her Fashion Fair foundation applied like a final touch of confidence before she walked out the door. Watching her taught me that beauty isn’t just about appearance—it’s about presence, confidence, and self-expression.

That spark never left me. Today, I pour that same love into every client I work with—bringing together technical precision, artistry, and heart. Over the years, I’ve trained in both traditional and modern techniques, worked with luxury brands like M.A.C. Cosmetics, NARS, and Lancôme, and earned certifications from the Von Lee School of Aesthetics and M.A.C.

What I love most about my work is the people—helping brides feel radiant on their wedding day, collaborating with photographers and stylists, or simply creating a little everyday glam that makes someone feel like the best version of themselves. My clients often tell me I bring a calming yet uplifting energy to their experience, and that’s exactly what I strive for.
